All fine, but mediocre experience

Being right on a main road, room noise can be quite bothersome at peak times!!! I also found the lack of luggage storage pre-check-in quite inconvenient, especially with early arrivals!!!

Enjoyed a family getaway with spacious rooms and a lovely atmosphere. The staff impressed us with their friendliness. We had a fantastic sticky platter for dinner, but breakfast left much to be desired. Future guests should consider dining out for breakfast for a more satisfying meal.

Consider asking for a room away from the kitchen to minimize noise, especially during evening hours.

Spacious room, comfortable bed, with a spotless well-lit shower room featuring loads of hot water, enjoyed delicious food at breakfast and dinner, while the convenient location made it easy to explore the city and commute into Exeter.

Our stay was fab! The breakfast was a delightful mix, especially the superb Eggs Benedict and a hefty full English. Plus, the friendly staff made us feel right at home! We loved the charming garden and the accessibility for our family.
